Come into the Desert Nature Center to see our comprehensive selection of maps, guides and books about the Anza-Borrego Desert and surrounding areas.
Visitor Plaza
Browse our outdoor exhibits to learn more about Anza-Borrego Desert. Our visitor plaza includes twelve interpretative panels covering day hikes, desert plants, desert wildlife, photography tips, things to do around town, etc. A large map is also available to see where locations are within the park.

The Sand Paper
ABDNHA publishes a member newsletter five times a year that contain informative articles about the desert. It also includes a listing of all upcoming activities, such as lectures, workshops, hikes, 4WD tours & bike rides.
